From Interstate 20, take Exit 571A, go 13 miles north on U.S. Highway 271 to Gladewater, turn right on truck bypass Loop 485, turn right on U.S. Highway 271, go north 2.5 miles and Donvel is on the west side of U.S. Highway 271.

From Interstate 30, take Exit 160, go 40 miles south on U.S. Highway 271, Donvel is 2.3 miles south of intersection of U.S. Highway 271 and FM 726, on west side of U.S. Highway 271.
